Vent Cleaning
Upon inspection, we bring our portable unit into the office and move it to every supply and return duct. We use the latest technology that uses an oscillating brush that breaks up dirt and debris then it's vacuumed back to our portable unit and into our air purifying system. Once the unit is cleaned we offer an anti-microbial spray that kills 99% of mold and bacteria.
VCT Strip and Wax
We completely strip every inch of old wax from your VCT tile. We then recoat all areas with 4-5 layers of high gloss industrial grade wax. With high-quality stripping and waxing, your flooring will remain clean, shiny and attractive.
Concrete Power Washing
We use our circular pressure washing head that eliminates lines and uneven washing. After the pressure is applied the waste water is extracted back into our truck-mount holding tank. We specialize in dining patios, warehouse floors, restaurant drive thrus and any other industrial concrete.
VCT Burnishing
Between yearly strip and wax, we recommend that VCT be burnished to bring back its shine. We use a high powered burnisher that buffs out all the scratches and imperfection.
